Q.Do I need to transfer my domain to use your hosting?
You do not have to transfer your domain to our hosting. You can just point the nameservers of your domain to Hostfast. The nameserver information that you require is included in your welcome email when you open your HostFast account.
Q.I want to transfer my Domain to HostFast, where is the 'Transfer Secret'?
You get the 'Transfer Secret' from your existing domain registrar. Usually it will be found in their domain control panel, please ask them or see their FAQ for details.
Q.When I register a domain name, who will have ownership of it?
When you register a domain name with HostFast, you will have full ownership of your domain name. This means that you can move your domain name somewhere else or modify it however you want. You have full control over your domain name.
Q.How long does it take before my domain name is active?
Once your domain name has been registered (or transferred, if applicable), it usually takes about 12-24 hours to be active.
